How it adds up
Graduated, like a tax band
Each seat is charged at the rate for the band it falls in, not at one rate for all of them. A fourteen-seat firm pays the first five at £44.99, the next four at £34.99, and the last five at £24.99.

Full access from day one, no payment card. If you decide not to continue, the workspace becomes read-only and everything you made stays exportable.

Pay yearly and take 17% off every seat. Switch whenever it suits — upgrades prorate immediately, downgrades apply at renewal.
Billed per active seat
You are charged for people who can sign in. Remove someone and the seat stops billing at the next cycle; there is no minimum term.
All prices ex VAT
VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing UK rate. Invoices are issued from a UK entity with a VAT number on them.

- How does the free trial work?
- Every new workspace starts a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no payment card. When the trial ends your workspace becomes read-only — everything stays exportable — until you choose a plan.
- Is there an annual option?
- Yes. Annual billing takes 17% off the monthly rate. You can switch mid-cycle: upgrades apply immediately with proration, downgrades apply at renewal.
- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- No — all prices are ex VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing UK rate.
- What happens above 15 seats?
- Fifteen seats is the self-serve cap. For larger firms we arrange something directly — use the contact page and we will put a proposal together.
- Do features vary by seat count?
- No. There is one plan and every feature is included from the first seat. Only the per-seat price changes as your team grows.
- What happens to our work if we leave?
- It stays yours and it stays exportable. Bills go out as Excel and PDF, programmes as MS Project, and the cost library as a spreadsheet. We do not hold your data hostage to keep you subscribed.
