Cost database: labour rates
A labour rate is one trade and one rate per hour or per day. It is not a gang.
Open Labour rates. Each row is a trade: bricklayer, groundworker, and so on.
The unit is hour or day. A day is treated as 8 hours when a gang mixes the two.
Use a gang when the crew is a set of trades that always work together. Use a labour rate when you need one trade on its own.

Trade: Groundworker. Unit: hour. Rate: 22.5000. On a takeoff excavation line you can link this rate and set per unit to 1 for one hour per m³.
