Settings: schedule of works templates
Templates are reusable heading structures for schedules of works. They are not priced bills.
Create a template once (for example “Domestic refurb”). New SoW documents on a project can start from it.
Changing a template does not rewrite schedules you already issued.

Keep “New build housing” and “Commercial CAT A” as separate templates so estimators do not delete each other’s headings.
