Reports
Reports are branded PDFs built from the same numbers as the screens. Generation is a background job. You poll until it is ready.
Open Reports. Pick a type, pick the estimate, programme, takeoff or tender event it belongs to, and generate.
The file is not printed in the browser tab. A job runs in the background. The list shows progress. Download when it says complete. If it takes too long, refresh by hand.
Issued reports become immutable revisions with a document control sheet. Drafts can be regenerated.
Cover, headers, footers and standing disclosure are set in Settings → Reports.

Detailed BoQ for the client
Choose Detailed BoQ (NRM2), select the issued estimate, generate. When the job finishes, download the PDF. Page totals carry forward the way a printed bill does.
