Workspaces and roles
A workspace is your firm. You invite colleagues and give each person a role.
Sign up at app.quantifiable.co.uk and create a workspace for your firm. You become its owner.
Invite colleagues from Settings → Members. Each person gets one role.
Owners and admins manage the workspace, billing and members. Members do the day-to-day estimating work. Viewers can look but cannot change priced data.
Your workspace also gets a subdomain, such as yourfirm.quantifiable.co.uk. That address hosts your branded client portal.
Examples
A small firm
Sam creates the workspace and stays owner. Two estimators are invited as members. The practice manager is an admin so they can add seats. A visiting QS is a viewer for one week.
