Xero, Google Calendar, SMS, and external AI assistants (MCP) connect here. The in-app How-to assistant does not.

Xero syncs invoices with your accounts package.

Google Calendar syncs site visits both ways.

SMS is an optional messaging channel.

MCP is for an external assistant (for example a desktop agent) that you authorise to read this workspace as you. It uses your role. It is logged. It is not the How-to help chat.

Examples

Connect Xero
Choose Connect, sign in to Xero, pick the organisation. New paid invoices can then appear in Xero. Old estimates are not re-posted as invoices.
