Tendering
A tender event is how you invite contractors, issue a package, collect returns and compare them.
Start from the project Tendering tab or from the main Tendering screen. Create an event, set the timetable, and name the package.
Build the package from project documents and the unpriced bill. Each file is snapshotted (name, size, hash) so a later upload cannot change what tenderers priced.
Add tenderers and send the invitation. They work on the tenderer portal, not in your workspace.
Queries come in numbered. Replies can be issued to all. An addendum creates a new package version. Old files stay visible and marked superseded.
After the deadline, open returns, compare them line by line, and record the decision. The tender event record is the probity file.

Three contractors
Create the event, attach the unpriced BoQ and the drawings. Invite A, B and C. When B asks a question, you answer once and the reply goes to all three. After opening, the comparison tab shows each rate against your own estimate.
