What an assistant can reach

Around sixty tools spanning every module. The assistant discovers them itself, already filtered to what your permissions allow.

The server offers tools — named operations with a defined shape. When an assistant connects it asks what is available and receives the list, so there is nothing for you to configure or keep up to date.

The list it receives is already filtered to your permissions. An assistant with reading only never sees that the writing tools exist.

Reading covers projects, estimates and the bill tree, takeoffs and their quantities, cost centres, the cost library, schedules of works, tenders, programmes, variations, valuations, invoices, reports, portal shares, CRM records and workspace settings.

Writing covers creating projects and estimates, seeding a bill from NRM, proposing bill lines, updating pricing, adding cost centres and takeoffs, CRM records, tender events, variations and their items, programme tasks, dependencies and baselines, valuations and progress, and portal access and shares.

Money and quantities are passed as exact decimal values rather than ordinary numbers, so nothing loses precision on the way to an assistant or back.

The server offers tools only. It does not expose MCP resources or MCP prompts.

There is no separate public REST API. MCP is how Quantifiable is integrated with.
