How-to assistant

Ask how a screen works, in plain English. The assistant only reads this user guide. It cannot see your job and it cannot change a bill.

In the app, open Help (?) and choose Ask how this works, or go to How-to help from search (Ctrl+K).

On the public Documentation site, use the same chat on any article.

Ask things like “what does per unit mean on excavation?” It will answer in short sentences and give an example.

It does not know your trench length, your rates, or your client. It will not write a price. For live numbers, look at the project.

If the guide does not cover the question, it will say so and point you to support@quantifiable.co.uk.

In-app questions count toward the workspace AI allowance. Public docs questions are rate-limited and do not use your seat plan.
