Programmes and earned value
A programme is the Gantt of the job. You can draft it from the estimate, then track progress and earned value.
Open the project → Programmes. Create a schedule. You can ask the AI to draft tasks from the estimate. Review the draft. It does not land until you accept it.
On the Gantt, add tasks and finish-to-start links. The critical path is highlighted for you.
Take a baseline when the programme is agreed. That freeze is what later progress is compared with.
Record percent complete and actual cost on tasks. The EVM strip shows CPI, SPI and the estimate at completion.
Export as Microsoft Project XML if the contractor works in Project.

After the bill is priced
Generate a draft from the issued estimate. Merge duplicate trades. Set a baseline the week the contract is signed. Each month, type percent complete. CPI below 1 means you are spending more than the earned work.
