Settings: billing and trials
Every new workspace has a 14-day trial. After that the workspace is read-only until you pick a plan.
The trial includes the full product. No card is required to start.
When the trial ends you can still open and export data. You cannot price or issue until you subscribe.
Pricing is per seat, monthly or annual. Figures on the marketing pricing page are exclusive of VAT.

Open Billing, choose a plan and the number of seats (everyone who logs in, including viewers, is a seat). Annual is cheaper per month than monthly.
