CRM holds people and organisations. The calendar holds site visits. It is not the project file store.

Open CRM. Contacts are people. Organisations are firms. A contact can belong to an organisation.

Add a follow-up task on a contact when you need to ring them back.

Connect Google Calendar in Settings → Integrations for two-way sync of meetings and site visits.

Creating a project can point at a CRM client so the job and the person stay linked.
